Reclaiming Our Human Interconnectedness

- Mobilizing a movement towards the IDGs -

If we are to move forward and bring the power of collective intelligence to solve global challenges faced by humanity, we must reclaim our human interconnectedness. This interconnectedness—and the empathy it fosters—will be essential to our ability to move forward together.

In this gathering, Radhika Vachani, founder of the Institute of Inner Wellbeing & Excellence (IIWE) and author of Just Breathe, shares her extensive 25-year journey with inner well-being, which included studying with renowned yoga and meditation masters in India. She will be accompanied by Ruma Biswas, Partner at the Progress-U Group and Gerard Scheenstra, Director of Strategy & Collective Engagement at IIWE. They will offer their perspectives and an experiential practice to demonstrate how we might awaken to a deep inner awareness and reclaim our interconnectedness as a human race.

The Gathering will start 15.30 CET in Zoom. The official end is at 17, and after that it is possible to stay on for afterglow.

About the IDGs

In 2015, the UN Sustainable Development Goals provided us with a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world by 2030.However, progress is not happening fast enough.

There is an urgent need to increase our collective abilities to face and effectively work with complex challenges. This is why we are co-creating the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) - a blueprint of the capabilities, qualities and skills that are needed to achieve the 17 SDGs.

The Inner Development Goals is a non-profit, open-source organization to help us develop the collective inner skills and qualities needed to overcome our global challenges and move towards a thriving world.
